OUR PROCESS

Step 1

DISCOVERY CALL:

Initiating our design process, we commence with a focused Discovery Call spanning 20-30 minutes. This initial conversation allows us to get a foundational understanding of your project's needs and preferences, ensuring alignment between our vision and your aspirations.

Step 2

CONSULTATION

For our Condo Transformation Package and Home Transformation Package, an in-person consultation is scheduled, while our E-Design Packages feature an online equivalent. These 90-minute appointments delve extensively into your project's scope, design preferences, and logistical considerations. Our discussions include sharing inspiration boards, establishing timelines, and, if in person, documenting measurements and capturing before photos. A consultation fee applies for this comprehensive service.

Step 3

DESIGN CONTRACT/ONBOARDING

Following the consultation, we transition to the creation of a tailored contract. During the consultation we will go over the contract. If all aligns we will collect a retainer at the consultation. Otherwise, we will forward a contract for your review and signature, accompanied by a retainer design fee collection. Subsequent to the contract signing, a welcome email and packet are dispatched, initiating a detailed discussion of the upcoming project phases.

Step 4

DESIGN CREATION

In this phase, we immerse ourselves in your project, generating a mood board for your review. Upon approval, we proceed to craft 3D renderings, floor plans, and meticulously source fixtures, flooring, finishes, lighting, paint selections, and furnishings. The culmination of this stage involves a design presentation, with the remainder of the design fee becoming due at the subsequent furniture meeting, either in person at your local residence or virtually over Zoom. Project timelines are contingent upon the project's size and complexity.

Step 5

DESIGN IMPLEMENTATION

With the design finalized, we proceed to the implementation stage. Any revisions requested post-meeting are promptly addressed, and your product list is meticulously finalized on Sidedoor. Subsequently, we initiate the ordering process for all furniture and decor, managing the logistics of shipping either to a designated receiver or directly to your home.

Step 6

INSTALLATION

As the ordered products arrive, we offer the option of additional assistance in setting up your space. Alternatively, we invite you to document the completed space through photographs. This marks the final step before you fully immerse yourself in the enjoyment of your transformed environment.
